When you talk to an AI system that remembers what you said, stays on topic, and responds naturally, there is more happening beneath the surface than simple text generation. That smooth, coherent flow comes from something called dialogue management. It might sound smart, but it would not really talk with you.

It means writing software using plain language instructions that an AI turns into real, functional code. You describe what you want, and the model does the heavy lifting.
