As Onyx's Senior Manager, Recruiting & Human Resources, Lorraine leads the company’s talent acquisition and employer branding strategy, ensuring Onyx attracts and retains top-tier talent.

In addition to her recruiting expertise, Lorraine supports Onyx a range of human resources initiatives, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and more. 

She also plays a key role in business development initiatives including staffing for future proposals and aligning recruitment efforts with strategic growth opportunities.

With over 12 years of experience in talent acquisition—primarily within the government contracting sector—she has successfully staffed contracts for agencies such as the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), the U.S. Army, and others.

Lorraine’s career spans human resources, talent acquisition, and entrepreneurship, giving her a well-rounded perspective on workforce development and organizational growth.

She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and is a certified SHRM-CP professional.
